Lotina recovers the players that he rested in Copa, but loses Antonio Tom??s for injury reasons. The players that weren’t starters against Elche didn’t train on Friday while the others just fulfilled some physical exercises. Therefore Lotina will decide the lineup for the game until the training session that will take place during this morning.

Midfielder Antonio Tom??s will miss the clash against Betis after suffering an ankle sprain during the warm-up of the Copa game against Elche CF. The ex-Racing will be out of action during a couple of weeks. But it’s expected that Julian De Guzm??n (muscular) ?ngel Lafita (knee) and Pablo ?lvarez (hamstring string) will be fit enough for the game.

The Canadian was supposed to be one of the players rested for the Copa, but the injury of Antonio Tom??s forced him to be a starter in the game. De Guzm??n suffered a muscular problem during the match, but it isn’t a serious problem and Lotina hopes to count with him for the encounter, while Lafita and Pablo ?lvarez were rested and both should be fit enough for tomorrow’s game

Diego Colotto is also available since his suspension after been sent off in the game with Sporting Gij??n was fulfilled in the Copa game against Elche. Filipe Luis and Albert Lopo should also return to the formation. The Brazilian wasn’t called for the game in Alicante, while Lopo only performed for the final minutes.

Lotina will decide the lineup for the game against Betis during today’s training (10h00 at Abegondo), but it’s already expected that Riki will repeat his participation as the lonely striker on the formation. The other three players that could take part of the starting eleven in liga and that played as starters in Copa are De Guzm??n, Andr?s Guardado and  Manuel Pablo, though this last one performed as a left-back defender and now it’s expected to see him at the right side.
