Lotina is recovering De Guzm??n and Riki for the match at Estadio De Los Juegos Mediterr??neos, both players might be part of the plans for Sunday’s game. Lassad also trained with the first squad on Friday, but he will play today with Fabril due the injury problems at the B squad.

Tough week ahead for Deportivo, Lotina’s squad has to face tomorrow the game against UD Almeria and on Thursday it must travel to Poland in order to face Lech Poznan in the UEFA Cup. Two visits that will continue marking the way of Deportivo on this season. Difficult tasks taking in mind that Depor has only won three times playing away from home on this season (Betis in Liga, Elche in Copa and Hajduk Split in UEFA).

At least Lotina is recovering Julian De Guzm??n and Riki. Both players are already fit and recovered from their injuries as they completed Friday’s training without any problem. The Canadian international could be an alternative in midfield after Juan Rodr?guez has been a starter in the last five official matches. Meanwhile Riki might get back the starting role he had in recent games.

A novelty during Friday’s training was to see again Fabril’s Lassad Nouioui training with the first squad. It was a reward of Lotina after the latest performance of the French striker. However, Lassad will not play at Almeria and instead he will be part of today’s game of Deportivo B against Cultural Leonesa (Abegondo 17h00 CET). The problem is that Hugo Garcia is injured and Aridane suspended, therefore Lassad is the only available alternative for coach Ramallo.

At Almeria, coach Gonzalo Arconada has announced changes in the squad after the defeat in Pamplona (1-3 Vs Osasuna). The first modification is a forced one as left-back Guilherme is suspended. Central defender Jos?© Manuel Flores â€?Chico’ (Achilles) and offensive midfielder Kalu Uche (out with Nigeria’s national squad) are now fit to play after missing the game against Osasuna. Left winger Albert Crusat might also return after missing the last two games for technical reasons. But midfielders Iriney Santos and Miguel Angel Nieto are still sidelined for injury reasons.
