The loan of Aouate to Sporting Gij??n was something gave as granted since the past week, it was said the move would be closed on last Monday. But nothing has been signed yet. Why? Because Mallorca and Espanyol are interested in the transfer of the Israeli keeper. Meanwhile X?©rez seems interested in Mun??a.

On December 21, RCDLC.com published an article talking about the interest of Sporting Gij??n in Dudu Aouate, keeper sidelined by coach Lotina since the pre-season. The move was planned in order to cover the long-term casualty of Iv??n Cuellar Sacristan, goalkeeper that got injured a couple of weeks ago. Sporting was interested in a loan spell until the end of the season, and it has been known the Asturian club was willing to pay the full wages of the player. It was rumoured the operation would be closed on the last Monday. But nothing has occurred.

The reason was that RCD Mallorca and RCD Espanyol appeared in the scene, both clubs are fighting to avoid the relegation and it has been rumoured they will use the winter window in order to reinforce their respective squads, however both clubs have financial problems and don’t have the money to pay for a transfer, at least not for a goalkeeper.

The only possibility would be if they sell some of their players, like the case of Mallorca who is studying the transfer of Arango to Panathinaikos and Espanyol who has been tempted by Manchester City FC about keeper Kameni. For the moment president Lendoiro is waiting for offers and that’s the reason why he has frozen the operation with Sporting Gij??n. All appoints that the ex-Racing keeper will go out of Depor during January.

Meanwhile, CD X?©rez is thinking of Gustavo Mun??a, the other keeper involved on the fight of the past year and that also stills sidelined from Lotina’s plans. According to some newspapers, this club wants to reinforce the goalkeeping position and will like to negotiate a loan with Lendoiro for Mun??a. X?©rez keeps a good relationship with Depor’s president, actually the Segunda club currently has Aythami Artiles and Alex Berganti?±os loaned at its squad.
