Lassad is ready to return as he joined the squad during Wednesday’s training session. Lotina still has to decide if he will pick the striker for the encounter, decision that could also mark the final lineup for the match.

The big news on Wednesday was that Lassad Nouioui was already training with the squad ahead of Saturday’s clash against Barcelona FC. The Tunisian has missed the last three matches (Recreativo de Huelva, Getafe and Sevilla) due to a muscular contracture. In this way and for the first time on the season, there are no injury worries at Depor, because Mista is also working normally. Ironically, this is occurring at the last matchday of the season.

Lotina, however, still has to decide if he will pick the striker for the game, this since Lassad has been called for a couple of international matches with Tunisia and the Basque coach doesn’t want to force the player. The decision should be taken between today and tomorrow.

The presence of Lassad in the game can also modify the composition of the lineup at the Riazor. It could be a 4-2-3-1 as the last three games, or a 4-4-2 figure with Lassad and Bodipo in attack. The match is important for Depor since a victory combined with a defeat of Valencia will put the Galician squad in the new Europa League. The confrontation will also mark the good-bye of some of the players, like the cases of Mun??a, Pablo Amo, Sergio, Verd??, Lafita or the same Pablo Alvarez.

At Barcelona, everything was happiness after the Catalan squad achieved its third European championship and the triple crown’ for the present season. It isn’t know yet if coach Guardiola will use his normal starters in the game or if he will continue using the bench players’ plus some Barca B youngsters. What it’s clear is that the Catalan manager will be at the stands since he was sent off in the last game with Osasuna. Tito Vilanova, his assistant, will be replacing him on the bench of the Riazor.
