The club's officials reported that they opened a disciplinary file against Changui, the striker was sent on a loan spell to Skoda Xanthi in June, but they noticed a few days ago that he left the Greek club in December. The Galician player hasn't contacted Depor yet and the Galician club is searching for him.

Marcos Y???±ez 'Changui' ends his contract in June of 2007 and since he was discarded by Caparr??s the club tried to find a club so he can get regular football in the present season. They found the solution in Greece with Skoda Xanthi and a loan spell for one year was signed. The striker started well scoring a few goals, but later the officials of Skoda decided to cancel the deal.

In December they reached an agreement and Changui left the club; however, the Greek club and the player himself didn't inform Deportivo of the arrangements they made. The Galicians club received a report about the case a few days ago and they opened a disciplinary case, since they weren't able to contact the player.

Deportivo searched in his parent's house (Boiro), but apparently he's living alone in Ribeira. He doesn't answer his cell phone and nobody knows how to contact him. This case brought the critics attention to Club Officials, since they were paying a player that has been a fugitive during the last month.

The agent of Changui, Mikel Mendiz??bal was contacted by the Galician radio and he said that the striker committed a mistake for not contacting Depor before, but he also argued that there is a economic problem, the Galician club owe him some money for a past loan spell in Las Palmas. Mendiz??bal announced that he will travel to La Coru?±a in order to resolve this bizarre situation.

Lendoiro isn't happy with the resolutions of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and now he has announced that he will attend to the Supreme Sporting Council (CSD) in order to resolve the case of the copa del rey. Depor is trying to move the second-leg match against Espanyol for next Wednesday (March 8th), but the RFEF doesn't want to do it. For that reason Lendoiro decided to appeal to the CSD.

The game has been programmed for March 15th and Audiovisual Sport is even preparing the campaign in order to promote the match for that day. The club's officials announced that this time they will not attend the civil justice in case the resolution of the CSD is negative.
