Deportivo B rested during this week since Galicia is playing the qualifying round for the UEFA Region’s Cup; captain Dani talked to Depor Sport and analysed the current situation lived by the team.

Fabril has found its place at Tercera División and is currently leading the Galician group thanks to its eleven victories after fourteen matchdays; midfielder Daniel Rodriguez Vazquez 'Dani’ took advantage of this break in the league to talk to Depor Sport and analyse the current situation of the team.

He expressed his happiness taking in mind the circumstances in which Fabril is competing, “Until now the balance is very good. We have adapted very quickly to the league and that has helped us to yield on the pitch, especially taking in mind the fact that we are playing with very young people, even some of our players still in the age of Juveniles.”

“We are doing the right things, but we can not feel conform. We know that since we are still very young, the team has a big margin to improve, and as long as we can aspire to bigger things, we should try to reach those goals. I wasn’t expecting to be the leader team so soon. With all the changes that we had compared to the past year, the normal thing would have been to have a period of adaptation, but the hope with which we started has been enough.” He added.

Now the captain of Deportivo B was targeting the playoffs as the goal of the team, “Since the beginning we’ve been chasing our main goal, which is qualifying to the promotion playoffs, but we also know that if we end in first place it means a huge advantage. We chase to end up there, but always respecting the other rivals, teams that are tightening the things.”

Finally, Dani was analysing the upcoming clashes of the team, “This pause is good in order to be disconnected, now we are facing some weird weeks, because we are playing on Saturday (Vs Naron), then on Wednesday (at Coruxo) and later we rest again. Then we play on January 3rd (at Alondras) and rest again, this since Ciudad Santiago is no longer competing. Anyway these weeks are very important and we need to be physically and mentally prepared.”
