Deportivo still whispering for the youngsters at Real Madrid Castilla; on the past weekend Lotina watched them in a game at Segunda B. It could a routine exploration or maybe the first step to attempt a signing for next season.

The young players at Real Madrid Castilla continue to inspire admiration at Deportivo; in the recent past players like Alvaro Arbeloa, Filipe Luis and Laure have made the transition between both clubs and Depor is keeping the door open for future operations.

On the past weekend Depor was visiting Atletico Madrid and coach Miguel Angel Lotina took advantage of the occasion to watch a game of Real Madrid Castilla at Segunda División B, later he told to reporters that, “I watched the game Castilla – Villanovense and it was a normal game at Segunda B. I knew Castilla for some videos, but wanted to see more. We all know that in all the B squads of the big clubs there are players that will be important, I just wanted to see their maturity and characteristics. I have a clearest idea now, but nothing special.”

It could was a first and simple exploration to identify possible targets or maybe the first step to attempt a concrete signing; according to the media in Madrid, Deportivo is basically interested in three players: striker Rodrigo (19), playmaker Pedro Mosquera (21) and left-back defender Marcos Alonso (19)

Rodrigo Moreno Machado: Striker that was born in Brazil and that arrived to Spain in order to play for Celta, this after been recommended by Mazinho, his uncle and past player of Celta . He later joined Real Madrid Juvenil A for €300,000 and already played with Spain U-19 national squad. He can perform as a central attacker or even as a winger and is referred as a powerful attacker that has scored five times on the current Segunda B season.

Pedro Mosquera Parada: Galician playmaker that can also perform as a winger; Lendoiro tired to sign him in 2000 when he was at Galicia Gaiteira, but the player went to Madrid. He is frequently referred as an offensive player with the ability to drill passes between the defensive lines of the rivals. He debuted with the first team of Real Madrid a couple of week ago during the visit to Getafe. On the present season he has scored four goals.

Marcos Alonso: He can perform at the left-back position, but also as a left winger. He has been at the Madrilenian club since Juveniles (Juvenil B) and already debuted at Primera, it was on the past weekend as he played the final minutes against Racing Santander, precisely his father is a former player of Racing. The media in Madrid suspects that Lendoiro could have a deal with Florentino Pérez for Filipe Luis, and that this operation would include the transfer of the Cantabrian youngster. On this season he has scored four goals.
