DEPORTIVO IN OCTOBER

29 Sep 2010
In October Lotina’s Deportivo will try to revert its doubtful start; and it’s seems like a good month to react as three of the four rivals in liga have the permanence as their main goal. Also, the team will start to compete in Copa Del Rey.

The shocking defeat against UD Almeria activated the alarms at Deportivo; the Galician team is returning to relegation three years later and a sense of panic is growing among the fans. But a lot still ahead and Lotina’s team will try to overcome the situation as soon as possible, and October seems like a good opportunity to do it.

Because three of the four liga rivals in the month are teams with the same goal: the permanence. And two of those three meetings will take place at the Riazor. However, the month will start with one of the most difficult games in the whole season, which the visit to the Santiago Bernabéu in order to face Real Madrid FC.

The Madrilenians are under fire after a goalless game against UD Levante, the media is attacking Mourinho’s team due to its poor scoring record, but still it is an intimidating rival that hasn´t been defeated yet on this season, besides to the fact that Deportivo has only achieved two wins and five draws in Madrid after forty visits.
