Depor Sport was speculating that Riki was going to be fit for the game against Osasuna, but the doctors of Deportivo have said that he will be out for at least another week.

Striker Riki won’t be fit for the clash against Osasuna; it was something confirmed by doctor Carlos Lariño to newspaper La Opinión A Coruña, “He has just started the recovery process and his fitness will be checked during the week. It’s too soon to know when he will be ready, but surely won’t be fit to play against Osasuna.” He said.

During the past week it was speculated that the Madrilenian striker was going to be fit for the next game in liga, actually Depor Sport wrote on Saturday that he was going to be ready for the clash, something that in the end won’t occur. It was important to see him ready for the game, because coach Lotina only has available Lassad and Adrian as strikers.

At least the Basque manager is recovering Juan Dominguez, Aranzubia and Pablo Alvarez, trio that’s already fit to play. Also Colotto, who missed the clash with Real Madrid due to suspension.
