Deportivo has already signed all the players that it needed, but Lendoiro is pending to find a new destiny for the discards. Depor’s president has 15 days to define the future of four players, plus the possible exits of Guardado and Ruben Pérez.

The arrival of Xisco is closing the signings for the season 2011/12; the Majorcan attacker is the sixth signing for the new campaign after the arrivals of left-back defender Ayoze Diaz, left winger Salomăo, centre midfielder Jesús Vázquez, goalkeeper German Lux and right winger Bruno Gama.

President Lendoiro and coach Oltra had already admitted that the club is not planning to make more signings unless there’s an unexpected exit. Something that Depor’s trainer explained during a press conference held on Friday, “We just need to not see any other exit in order to say that the team is closed, but for me the first team is closed and it gives me many options.”

Now, the only pending subject on the week before the debut in liga is the situation with the players that don’t count for the Valencian coach. Xisco’s signing raised the number of players at the first team to twenty-five plus the two players from Depor B that are making the pre-season with the team [Seoane and Juan Carlos] It is a manageable situation as it’s exactly the limit of players that can be inscribed at both Primera and Segunda División.

But Lendoiro wants to get rid of the players that doesn’t count for Oltra, more precisely the president has to define the situation of four men: striker Rodolfo Bodipo, playmaker Iván Pérez Maceiras, left-back defender Claudio Morel and right-back Diego Seoane

So far there are no offers for these four men and, with the exception of the case with Seoane; it seems pretty difficult to find an exit for them. Bodipo, Iván Pérez and Morel are training with the rest of the players, but aren’t part of the plans for the friendly matches.

The most complicate case is Bodipo; the Equatoguinean attacker already said that he doesn’t’ want to leave and Depor will hardly find a club wishing to pay his high wages –almost one million Euros per season- Similar is the case with Morel. The Paraguayan defender doesn’t want to leave and neither wants to cancel his last year of contract, so all appoints that he will stay.

The problem with Morel is dragging Seoane to the door out, because Oltra wants to see him having minutes, and all appoints that he will be loaned out as the youngster from Fabril is currently the fifth side defender a the first squad. Finally, the case of Iván Pérez seems easier to resolve as he accepts the possibility of an exit, though there are no offers after his grey season at SD Ponferradina.

And there are two more cases for Lendoiro: Andrés Guardado and Rubén Pérez. Depor admits the possibility of their exits, but the difference with the previous four cases is that Oltra counts with this duo. What happens is that Deportivo wants to cash the international status of the Mexican winger, while the Andalusian midfielder asked for an exit as he wants to play at Primera.

But neither Lendoiro has found an interesting proposition for Guardado nor was able to reach a swap agreement with Getafe for Borja Fernandez. Both Ruben and Borja have shown their disappointment for the lack of information on their situation, on Thursday Ruben Pérez was writing on his Twitter account that, "Whatever happens, but to see them saying it once and for all... so many stupid things"

However, and taking in mind that the transfer market closes its doors in a fortnight, it’s more probable that the duo will stay at the team rather than to see them leaving. In any case, the possibility of their exits can’t be discarded until the last day of the summer window. Any other exit will be a surprise and will only happen if someone pays the buyout option of the players.

In resume, and with only two more weeks for the closure of the summer transfer window, Lendoiro has to solve six different cases. Two of them depend of offers coming from the outside, while the other four depend on the negotiations that the president can have with other clubs and with the same players.

For the moment the shirt numbers are:
1- Aranzubia
2- Manuel Pablo
3- Morel
4- Rubén Pérez
5- Zé Castro
6- Aythami
7- Saúl
8- Lassad
9- Xisco
10- Juan Dominguez
11- Riki
12- Seoane
13- Lux
14- Pablo Álvarez
15- Laure
16- Bruno Gama
17- Ayoze
18- Guardado
19- Colotto
20- Jesus Vázquez
21- Valerón
22- Salomăo
23- Rochela
24- Alex

For now Bodipo and Iván Pérez doesn’t have a shirt number, while Juan Carlos will probably have the number 26 or the 27
