Deportivo hasn't announced yet any reinforcement for the new season, but the club's officials are still trying to fulfil Caparr??s' petitions in order to bring new blood to his squad. The cases of Pablo Alvarez and Juan Rodr?guez seem to be resolved, and the next targets that can be searched are Nene, Lopo and Uche.

Juan Rodriguez  admitted yesterday that he is only waiting to sign his contract with the club.  If the deal is finally confirmed, he could join Pablo Alvarez in the list of reinforcements for the new season. Both contracts haven't been confirmed by the club, but it's expected that Lendoiro will do it soon. Several names have been appearing in the papers as new targets, but for the moment only three cases seem near to be closed:

Albert Lopo: The Catalan defender was the third signing that the media assured to be in Lendoiro's pocket, but lately it has been speculated that RCD Espanyol is asking for €6 million as compensation for his signing. The payment will be necessary since the Catalans offered Lopo a renovation deal that the defender didn't accept. The Primera clubs signed an agreement last season that obligates them to pay a compensation to one club if any player ending contract rejects its renovation offer and instead, signs a deal with another Primera club.

The situation has created doubts and confusion in the media, but Lopo admitted in several Spanish radios that he is near to signing a deal with Deportivo, the player said that he doesn't know if Depor is obligated to make a payment, he only assured that he likes the new project of the Galician team, and that he will announce his destination next Thursday.

Anderson Luiz de Carvalho 'Nene': Alav?s wants €5 million for this talented midfielder. The media in Spain speculates that Lendoiro already offered €2.5 million for him, but Piterman rejected the offer. During yesterday, it was known that the Brazilian sees a likely arrival to Depor, as he said: "I know that Deportivo is interested in me, and that fact makes me really happy."

The papers in Spain are convinced that Alav?s could reduce the target price, and with the approval of the player, the incorporation will only need an agreement between both clubs in order to be fulfilled. But Depor must be careful, because it has been reported that Zaragoza and Atl?tico Madrid are also after the player.

Ikechukwu Uche: The Nigerian striker is an old wish of Lendoiro and Caparr??s, but at the same time, its one of the most complicated cases. The media in Spain is convinced that the striker wants to join the Galician club, but Recreativo de Huelva is hoping to secure the player for the next season, especially if the team achieves the promotion to Primera.

One of the club's officials, ?scar Arias, has said that Uche will only leave the squad if someone pays his buyout clause (€18 million).  Arias also assured that he will denounce any negotiation between Depor and Uche, because its an illegal negotiation: "I will not allow any interference, its illegal. Besides, the logical thing is that they will ask us first about the situation with the player, and right now I can tell you that Uche is valued at €18 million." Once again the incorporation will depend on Lendoiro's  skills to negotiate.  Depor's president failed to fulfil the job in the past year, and now he is enjoying a second chance.
