Oltra is preparing two modifications in the lineup ahead of the clash against Hércules CF, both changes are related to the wingers’ position as Salomão and Saúl are ready to debut as starters.

With Andrés Guardado and Bruno Gama out of Sunday’s clash against Hércules (Riazor, 20h00 CET), coach José Luis Oltra is ready to make changes at both wings. Guardado is concentrated with Mexico national team for the weekend, while Gama is not yet fit to play yet after surpassing a groin problem.

The Portuguese winger was also out in the past match with Recreativo de Huelva, and the spot at the right wing was claimed by Pablo Álvarez, but now Oltra seems ready to give a chance to Saul Fernandez, who also missed the debut at the Riazor due to an injury (hamstring).

Meanwhile, Diogo Salomão is ready to play his first official game as a starter; he already debuted in the past match performing within the last minutes of the meeting with Recreativo. Those are the only two changes expected for the match against Hércules as the rest of positions won’t suffer changes.

Daniel Aranzubia will continue defending the goal; captain Manuel Pablo will perform on the right-back position, the couple at the centre of the defense will be composed by Diego Colotto and Aythami Artiles, and the left sector will be covered by Ayoze Diaz.

The centre midfielders will continue to be Jesús Vázquez and Álex Bergantiños, while Juan Carlos Valerón will continue to be the guide in attack, finally Iván Sánchez Rico ‘Riki’, who wasted several scoring opportunities in the first game of the season, will have a new chance at the centre of the attack.
