Diogo Salomão has passed a late test and is ready to play on Saturday; it means great news for Oltra as three of his five wingers are still out injured. The bad news is that Xisco isn’t recovered yet, so Bodipo will be picked again.

Left winger Diogo Salomão has passed a late test as on Thursday the Portuguese players completed the full training session with his team mates and was declared fit to perform against Alcorcón (Saturday, 18h00 CET). He was doubtful since the start of the week after picking a knee sprain during the past meeting with Sabadell.

It means great news for coach José Luis Oltra as three of the five wingers at the team are currently out due to injury reasons: Pablo Álvarez, Saul Fernandez and Bruno Gama. Now Salomão and Andres Guardado are once again the only two available wingers for the liga meetings and both men will be starters on Saturday..

Other good news on Thursday was to see both Manuel Pablo and Riki completing the full training session without problems, but the game with Alcorcón is too soon for them and the doctors will wait until next week in order to allow his return into competition.

The bad news is that striker Xisco still dragging an adductor injury from the liga match with Hércules; it was said that the problem was minimal, but the Majorcan attacker has been unable to train properly and has missed the last three official matches of Deportivo.

This means that Rodolfo Bodipo will be again included in the list of picked players; on Wednesday Oltra had a ten-minute conversation with him and the Equatoguinean attacker will surely have some minutes. Centre midfielder Borja Fernandez was hoping to be picked for a meeting for the first time on the season, but in the end he stayed training at the gym and will have to wait until next week.
