For the third time on the season Oltra could be repeating the same starting lineup in three straight liga matches, the main question is if Ze Castro will keep playing at the centre of the defense or if Aythami will regain the spot.

With only one casualty at the team –Xisco- coach José Luis Oltra has plenty of choices in order to build up his starting squad. For the moment it seems very probable that he could be repeating the same formation of the past matches against UD Almeria and Real Valladolid, it would be the third time on the season in which the Valencian trainer repeats the same squad in three straight league matches.

However, there are some questions still to be resolved, starting with the fact that next week is an atypical week, because Depor plays in midweek in Copa Del Rey, which opens the gates for rotations, which could start this weekend.

Perhaps the biggest doubt is at the centre of the defense, Portuguese Ze Castro has been a starter within the last two games, but has also left the pitch injured in both opportunities, so there’s the chance that Oltra could sit him, opening the road for the return of Canarian Aythami Artiles.

The rest of the defense should be the same one, with Daniel Aranzubia at the goal, Madrilenian Laureano Sanabria ´Laure´ performing at the right side of the defense, Argentine Diego Colotto should be playing at the centre of the defense, while Canarian Ayoze Diaz could be covering the left sector.

At midfield, the Fabril connection between Álex Bergantiños and Juan Dominguez has left a positive impression in the fans, but Galician Borja Fernandez and Andalusian Jesús Vázquez are pushing to gain a spot, and they could earn it before the Copa clash with UD Levante.

Once again there’s the debate of who should play at the wings, Mexican Andrés Guardado and Portuguese Bruno Gama have been the starting choices within the last two matches, but now Oltra might choose to exploit the velocity and skills of Diogo Salomão, which could be determinant as Depor hosts a tough rival at defense.

Canarian Juan Carlos Valerón should stay at the playmaking function as he was already rested a couple of weeks ago, while Tunisian Lassad Nouioui is likely to continue at the centre of the attack, Madrilenian Iván Rico Soto ‘Riki’ is back on training, but it isn’t clear yet of he will be picked for the meeting.
