Lassad could be out for a month; Bodipo is in Africa, so the only available strikers for Oltra are Riki and Xisco, duo that has faced all kind of muscular problems during the present season.

The worst news from the past game before Villarreal B was the injury of Lassad Nouioui; the Tunisian attacker lasted less than ten minutes on the pitch as he requested the modification. The player talked to reporters on Monday and said to be fine, ĒIím fine; I just feel some pain. Last week, before Huesca, I received a knock on the ankle, but later I trained without problems. Against Villarreal B, after five minutes, I noticed some pain and requested for the change, but now Iím better than on Saturday.Ē

However, the scans confirmed that the striker suffered a tear on the Soleus muscle of his right leg; the club didnít inform about the time he will be on the sidelines, but normally this kind of injury mean to be three or four weeks out of action.

It means that Lassad will not only miss the upcoming clash with FC Cartagena (Sunday, 16h00 CET), but probably the meetings with Recreativo de Huelva, Hťrcules CF and Barcelona B.  The former Fabril man was used to be injured after been promoted to the first team, but the true is that this is his first injury case in 21 months, actually he was one of the three players at the team that took part of all the liga matches on the first round.

Curiously, on the same day that Lassad got injured, it was know that Rodolfo Bodipo also suffered an injury when he was playing with Equatorial Guinea in the CAF African Cup of Nations; his case was just an ankle sprain and the player hopes to be fit to play on Sunday before Zambia, the point is that a possible qualification to quarterfinals will mean that Bodipo will be unavailable for Oltra for another week.

This leaves Deporís coach only with the choices of Riki and Xisco for the strikerís role, at least for the coming two weeks; it should be enough as both men have the skills for the job, but the concern is their physical condition, because both of them have faced injury problems throughout the campaign.

Riki already suffered three muscular problems that sidelined him for a while; still he was able to make 14 appearances in liga and also to score five goals; worse is the case of Xisco, whose muscular problem sidelined him for almost the whole first round; the Majorcan man just had his first minutes in five months during the past meeting with Villarreal B.
