Depor faces a tough opponent on Sunday, and for the occasion Oltra is recovering several players; it means to have more options for the lineup, though in the end the Valencian coach could opt to present almost the same formation of the past weekend.

Left winger Diogo Salomão, left-back Ayoze Díaz, striker Riki and central defender Ze Castro will probably be the main novelties for Sunday’s meeting before Córdoba CF. It means to strengthen the options in order to plan the strategy for the game, something that was missed on the last match with CD Alcoyano, just to remember that for the occasion Oltra had to pick Juan Carlos from Fabril in order to fill the gaps.

Besides, Álex Bergantiños is fit to play as he completed Friday’s training without problems; it means great news as Depor is hosting one of the toughest rivals in the league, Córdoba CF, perhaps the biggest surprise in the competition as the Andalusians are a clear candidate for the promotion seats.

The biggest casualty for the meeting is Diego Colotto, who is suspended; therefore Aythami Artiles is staying at the starting eleven and will now join Ze Castro at the centre of the defense. It could be the only modification for the game, though Oltra could make more modifications.

Dani Aranzubia will be defending the goal; Laureano Sanabria ´Laure’ will cover the right-back position, while Claudio Morel defends the left sector. Álex Bergantiños extends his streak of appearances to thirty; he will be joined at midfield by another ex-Fabril man, Juan Dominguez.

Bruno Gama will continue attacking from the right wing, Andrés Guardado does it from the left flank; it’s the same combination of the past meeting at the Riazor, but this time Oltra has Salomão on the bench, which represents a different option as the Portuguese brings velocity, something that might be needed throughout the encounter.

Juan Carlos Valerón still performing as the playmaker in the scheme, while the biggest doubt is who will be the central attacker. Xisco was a starter on the past meeting with Alcoyano, and he made a great job despite not scoring any goal. The Majorcan was the player with more shots in the game –nine-

But Oltra has now other two options; the first one is Lassad Nouioui, who scored an splendid goal before Alcoyano, and the other is Riki, who has been the most in-form striker of Deportivo, and actually he is the current Pichichi with ten goals in favour; still, Oltra could opt in keeping the Madrilenian at the bench in order to avoid any relapse from his most recent thigh injury.
