For the first time in four months coach Oltra is making three modifications to his starting formation ahead of a liga clash; two are forced changes due to the suspensions of Colotto and Morel; the other is the return of Juan Dominguez.

José Luis Oltra is a coach that at Deportivo is used to keep the same lineup between the liga matches, at least in recent months, just to point out that within the last four months the biggest number of changes that he has made is two. Now, and ahead of the clash before Real Murcia, he will surely make three changes, two of them are caused by the suspensions of central defender Diego Colotto and left-back Claudio Morel.

It is expected that Canarians Aythami Artiles and Ayoze Diaz are going to claim the spots at the starting formation. The third modification is the return of centre midfielder Juan Dominguez, who is coming back from a suspension.

The last time Oltra made three changes at the same time was between the liga clashes before Elche CF (Nov 20) and UD Almeria (Nov 25). In that opportunity Aythami lost the spot at the centre of the defense, also for a suspension, before Ze Castro, while Bruno Gama made a final step to claim a spot at the team before Diogo Salomão. The third change was the reentry of Valerón before a Saul that was making his second appearance as a starter.

Those changes marked the beginning of the winning streak of Deportivo, the same one that put the Galician team at the top of the standings. It clearly explains why Oltra decided to keep the same team for the weekends, reducing the number of modifications and avoiding surprises.

About the game with Real Murcia, the rest of the lineup should be the same one of the defeat before Girona FC; with Dani Aranzubia defending the goal, Laureano Sanabria ‘Laure´ performing at the right-back position and Ze Castro joining Aythami at the centre of the defense.

Álex Bergantiños will be the partner of Juan Dominguez at midfield, Bruno Gama will attack from the right wing, Mexican Andrés Guardado will do it from the left, Juan Carlos Valerón is the playmaker in the draw and Riki the central attacker.
