Striker Lassad isn’t training yet with the group, but he hope to be fit for Sunday’s match against Elche CF. Oltra could be repeating the lineup with the exception of Riki, who has been ruled out for the next three or four weeks.

Lassad Nouioui was still training apart on Friday’s training session, but he told to reporters that he was feeling better and that he was hoping to join the group on Saturday; the Tunisian attacker is convinced that he would be available for Sunday’s clash against Elche CF. Today he will pass a physical test that will determine if he’s fit to play or not and it sees that the African striker will be ready.

It means great news for coach José Luis Oltra, because during the week the Valencian trainer had already lost Riki; the Madrilenian attacker sustained a muscular injury on the derby against RC Celta and is out for the next month.

Still, and since Lassad hasn’t completed any full training on this week, the most probable thing is that Xisco is going to be the starting choice on Sunday. The Majorcan is another player that has missed a lot of game due to his endless injury cases, but he he left a positive impression in the two games in which he was a starter.

The lineup for the game against Elche CF should be the same one of the derby at Balaidos, the only novelty is the central attacker. The rest will probably be the same, with Daniel Aranzubia defending the goal, then Laureano Sanabria ´Laure’ will cover the right-back position, Claudio Morel performs at the left side, while the central positions should be for Argentine Diego Colotto and Portuguese Ze Castro.

Álex Bergantiños and Juan Dominguez are covering the pivote functions; the Galician duo is completing one full round as the starting couple at midfield. Álex is even the field player with more minutes at the team: 2,829.

Bruno Gama is also completing one round as the starting right winger, in the period the Portuguese player has scored four goals plus giving three assists. Meanwhile Andrés Guardado searches for the double-digit marks performing on the left wing, while Juan Carlos Valerón will be the playmaker in the formation.
