Deportivo started the pre-season stage in Isla Canela on Saturday. This beach region in Andalucia was selected by Caparrs himself since he did similar stages when he was Sevilla's coach. This concentration is important and could determine several decisions that Depor's coach needs to take in order to face the new season.<

The old stages in Vilalba with Javier Irureta are history. The new scenario selected by Coach Caparrs is Isla Canela, a beach region in Huelva (Andalucia) that's the starting point for Depor's new season. The centenario campaign has started with 31 men that begun to work on Saturday. The training has been divided in three sections.

The first one is a morning session that consist in physical exercises on the golf course. The second one is at noon and consist of several exercises realised on the beach. Finally, the third session occurs during the afternoon and consist in specific works with the ball and strategic actions. The session on the beach called the attention of the journalists and the physical trainer of the club, Javi Reyes, explained the reason for this exercises: "We are trying to fulfil four points: fortification of articulations (knees and ankles), increase in the strength, the velocity and finally, to add a touch of motivation. That's why we are using games, hoops and other elements that we don't use so often."

This pre-season stage will end on July 31st and includes four friendly games, the first one will happen tomorrow against the local team of San Roque de Lepe.  The list of 31 men attending to this pre-season stage includes 16 players from the past season: Muna, Manuel Pablo, Hctor, Juanma, Capdevila, Sergio, Duscher, De Guzmn, Munitis, Valern, Iago, Taborda, Arizmendi, Tristn, Momo and Rben. 8 of the  9 new signings are also working out: Bodipo, Cristian Hidalgo, Riki, Pablo Alvarez, Estoyanoff, Lopo, Rodri and, Juan Rodrguez. The list is completed with 7 youngsters: Fabricio Augusto, Alberto Domnguez, Ian Mackay, Juan Domnguez, David Rochela, Marcos Caridad and Pablo Lpez Rivadulla.
