Fernando Vázquez has repeated the lineup for the past two games and now he’s ready to do the same against Real Zaragoza. Pizzi and Manuel Pablo should join the trainings on Friday, while Aythami could stay at the starting formation.

The last two victories in liga have put Deportivo at the edge of salvation, and the common thing is that coach Fernando Vázquez used the same lineup against RC Celta and RCD Mallorca. Now he could repeat the team for the third straight opportunity, though he hasn’t tested anything yet during this week.

On Thursday the team was going to train behind closed doors at the Riazor, but the rain changed the plans and instead he group worked at the Zona Fit gym. The only men that stepped into the pitch were right-back Manuel Pablo and left winger Pizzi, duo that’s dragging muscle problems but that’s expected to be fit to play on Saturday.

They should join the trainings on Friday, so the coach could end up using the same squad of the previous weeks, with Dani Aranzubia at the goal, Manuel Pablo performing at the right side of the defense and Sílvio Azevedo on the left.

One of the doubts is if Aythami Artiles will keep performing at the central positions or if Ze Castro could regain the spot joining Marchena. The Canarian has earned the starting spot after the Portuguese got injured and has been a starter in the past three matchdays.

Aythami was a starter and played the full 90 minutes in the first five matchdays of the liga tournament with Oltra on board, since then he only played two straight games as a starter for the last two meetings with Oltra (Vs. Real Valladolid and at RCD Espanyol).

Juan Dominguez and Abel Aguilar could repeat their presence at midfield; Bruno Gama should keep playing at the right wing, Pizzi is a fixed starter in the left, though Diogo Salomão could pick the spot in case the loaned player from Atletico isn’t recovered from his injury. Valerón and Riki complete the offensive formation.
