The Andalucian club is having complications for the confrontation against Deportivo. At least six players are doubtful for Sunday's match. The coach Antonio Tapia will be forced to use youngsters of M??laga B. Meanwhile, Deportivo will try to obtain a third consecutive win in la liga, for that mission Caparr??s is thinking in the same lineup presented against Getafe, the only change will be H?©ctor replacing Manuel Pablo.
M??laga have three secure absences for the confrontation against the Galicians: Manu (ankle injury), Marcelo Romero (knee injury) and Duda (excluded from the squad because he doesn't want to renovate). but the situation became worse on Thursday since three new absences were added: Arnau (muscular injury), Edgar (knee problems) and Juan Rodr?guez (muscular injury).
The doctor of M??laga told to the reporters that the goalkeeper Arnau and the striker Edgar could be fit and ready to play on Sunday, but Juan Rodr?guez will have to wait until the last second in order to know if he will be ready to appear in the starting lineup. The 23-year-old midfielder is an important piece in Tapia's puzzle and his absence would affect significantly the performance of the Andalucian squad.
The confrontation against Deportivo could be the first one in which Tapia has only 16 men available to play, for that reason he will have to call some members of M??laga B. The main candidates are the midfielders Jes??s G??mez and Usero. Both youngsters could debut this season against the Galician club.
The attacking efforts will be leaded by Salva and Pablo Cou?±ago. Both men helped the squad to achieve six goals so far. The Galician striker had some words about Deportivo: "Depor has made a steep down, but they still competitive. They don't have like other years enough men in order to fight for la liga; however, they can fight for the European spots, even for the Champions League. The thing is that, after been so successful the tendency is that the doubts will emerge."
HECTOR IS THE ONLY NOVELTY
In order to face M??laga coach Caparr??s' is thinking in the same lineup used against Real Madrid and Getafe. The only change will be the presence of H?©ctor replacing Manuel Pablo who suffered an injury during the present week. The rest of the squad will be the same with the duo Juanma-Coloccini in the central defense positions, De Guzm??n on the right wing and Scaloni in midfield replacing Sergio once again. Who will be out of the match is V?ctor, he suffered a muscular problem and Caparr??s will probably give him more rest.
A new victory will help Deportivo to climb into the top of the table and also will end a negative record: the Galicians don't win three consecutive liga matches since February of 2004. On that occasion Deportivo achieved the three wins against Sevilla (1-0), Albacete (2-0) and Osasuna (2-0).
