Cezary Wilk is already training with Deportivo. The Polish midfielder wasnít presented as his transfer hasnít arrived yet. He will probably miss the clash with UD Las Palmas as before his conflict with Wisła Krakůw needs to be resolved.

The first Polish player in the history of Deportivo is already training with the first team. Cezary Wilk completed the two sessions held on Monday at Abegondo, but wasnít presented as it normally happens with a new signings, because the club hasnít received the transfer yet.

It must be remind it that the midfielder had to take his case against Wisła Krakůw to the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Polish Football Association; he won the case, but the Polish club has the option to appeal the decision and there wonít be a transfer until everything is resolved.

The conflict between Wilk and Wisła Krakůw is related to an unpaid wages case; the rules in Poland allow a player to leave a club if he isnít pay for three months. The Polish club argues that he was partially paid and that the player cannot break his link with them.

But on last Wednesday the Dispute Resolution Chamber gave reason to the player and now itís necessary to wait for fourteen days, which is the deadline to present the appeal. If there isnít an appeal then the Polish Federation is forced to send the transfer. If the appeal is presented then Deportivo will have to wait for the new resolution, which should be ready before the closure of the transfer window.

In this way itís highly probable that Wilk would be unavailable for the opening matchday against UD Las Palmas, and even for the home clash against Cůrdoba CF. Both games are disputed before end of the summer transfer window.

In any case the player has just arrived and itís improbable that coach Fernando VŠzquez will use him without too many training sessions at the first team. He needs to adapt and for the moment there are enough player for the positions at midfield: Ńlex BergantiŮos, Juan Dominguez, Paulo AssunÁ„o, Paulo Teles and Oumar Sidibť.
