Fernando Vázquez could end repeating the lineup of the past game against AD Alcorcón. Marchena and Luisinho are out of the clash. Kaká returns after been out for a couple of weeks. Teles remains at the team.

It’s very probable that coach Fernando Vázquez is going to repeat the lineup of the previous game at the Riazor ahead of the visit to Hércules CF. At the beginning of the week the Galician coach tested the typical 4-2-3-1 formation, but on Thursday he was using the same 4-4-2 figure implemented against AD Alcorcón.

At this point the big doubt is the role of Álex Bergantiños in the match; the Galician multifunctional player was a centre-back is the last three official meetings and now the coach could decide in moving him back to midfield, this since Kaká is finally back and ready to join Pablo Insua at the central positions at defense.

The other centre-back at the first team, Carlos Marchena, is now out of the game after picking an injury during the training sessions. The latest scans revealed that the Andalusian man has a muscle strain on his right thigh, so he’s out at least until next week.

Another casualty for the game is Luisinho. The Portuguese left-back didn’t train during the week and will miss his second straight game due to a muscle problem, so Manuel Pablo will keep playing on his position, while Laure stays at the right.

The presence of Cezary Wilk is uncertain as it depends if Álex will stay at defense or not. The clear thing is that Juan Dominguez is a fixed player in the sector. He was the one that scored the winning goal against AD Alcorcón.

Juan Culio and Juan Carlos should continue playing on the wings, though due to their characteristics it will be with both performing towards the centre. Then Javier Arizmendi, already recovered from his hamstring problem, should be playing behind Borja Bastón in attack.

Since the trip to Alicante is at 11AM the coach released the list of picked players since Friday, because the players will travel after ending the last training at Abegondo. It’s the same list of the past game, with the only novelty of Kaká replacing Marchena. Fabril’s Paulo Teles remains at the team and could make his debut in liga.

List of picked players for the game:
Goalkeepers: Lux & Fabricio
Midfielders: Laure, Manuel Pablo, Seoane, Insua & Kaká
Midfielders: Álex Bergantiños, Juan Domínguez, Wilk, Teles, Juan Carlos, Culio & Bicho
Strikers: Luis Fernández, Rudy, Arizmendi & Borja Bastón.
