THIRD WEEK IN THE PRE-SEASON

28 Jul 2014
Deportivo will launch the third week on the pre-season this Tuesday. The team will have three training sessions and by the end of the week the group will travel to Portugal in order to play the next two friendly games.

Third week in the pre-season of Deportivo. The team returned on Sunday from Colombia, a trip that lasted one day and a half. Still, coach Víctor Fernández scheduled a training session just when the team landed in A Coruña. It was a soft session for the players.

Depor will rest on Monday and then will have one training session on Tuesday and other two on Wednesday. It’s expected something similar to the first week at Abegondo, time when the sessions were a mix of physical exercises and tactical work.  It’s expected that Lucas Pérez and maybe Isaac Cuenca could be available for these sessions.

Then, by the end of the week, Deportivo will travel to Portugal in order to play the next two friendly games facing first division clubs. The first meeting is on Thursday (July 31) facing Académica de Coimbra (22h00 CET, Efafel stadium) and the second takes place on Saturday against SC Braga (20h00 CET, Axa stadium)
