The club talked on Wednesday with the players of Depor B. For the moment it was decided that eight lads are leaving. There could be more exits and some players might go out loaned.

On Wednesday the club released the first list of players that are leaving Deportivo B. This first list is composed by eight lads: keeper Rafael Veloso, right-backs Adrián Martínez and Toni Insua, wingers Kim Woo-Hong and Cañi, plus attackers Alex Pérez and Francis Massampu.

Among the players leaving there are two cases that are sensitive. Frist Adrián Martínez. The captain of the team played four seasons at the team completing 134 appearances (102 as a starter). The other is Remeseiro, who left after seeing that there’s no room for him at the first team. The playmaker, who also played as a centre forward on last season, left solid numbers scoring 26 goals in 66 games (also 7 assists).

There could be more exits as there are players ending contract that have a renewal offer to be analyzed by them. This is the case of six players: goalkeeper David Gómez, centre-backs Iago López and Róber Suárez, left-back Jorge Fernández, plus centre midfields Santi Taboada, Sam Piette and Álvaro Queijeiro.

If these players don’t accept the offer then they will leave too. There’s also the chance to see these players leaving even in the case of signing the renewal, because they could go out loaned, it’s the case of Queijeiro and Canadian Piette.

Even the players under contract can leave too, like the case of winger Miguel Cardoso. The Portuguese exploded this season scoring 17 goals and bringing 10 assists. It was already announced that he will train with the first team during the pre-season, but if he doesn’t convince Víctor Sánchez then he will go out loaned after signing a three-year contract extension on last season.
