HARD WORK AT ABEGONDO

The first team completed the first training with the full squad available. It was an intense day with two training sessions. Queijeiro, who signed a contract renewal one day before, joined the group.

Busy day at Abegondo with two training sessions. For the first time the whole squad was together after completing the medicals. Both sessions were basically physical, though the players also made exercises with the ball.

The team is currently composed by 24 players, seven of them are academy members: David Gómez, Anxo Pérez, Róber Suárez, Àlex Corredera, Óscar García, Dani Iglesias and Álvaro Queijeiro, the latter was completing his first training of the season after signing a renewal on Friday.

The other seventeen players that are training at Abegondo are Fabricio, Lux, Laure, Manuel Pablo, Luisinho, Albert Lopo, Pablo Insua, Alejandro Arribas, Fernando Navarro, Saúl García, Diego Seoane, Sergio Teles, Álex Bergantiños, Juan Domínguez, Miguel Cardoso, Luis Fernández & Oriol Riera.

Striker Oriol Riera skipped the second session with permission of the club. The team will now rest on Sunday and on Monday the players will start the second stage of the pre-season with a concentration at hotel and golf club Guitiriz.
