Víctor has to decide who will replace Mosquera at the Camp Nou, but also if he will keep the 4-4-2. Fajr has big chances of appearing again at the starting lineup, while Laure could return.

Coach Víctor Sánchez will have to make at least one change for the upcoming visit to FC Barcelona. If for the derby he was forced to make adjustments at midfield due to the injury of Celso Borges, now he has to modify midfield again as Pedro Mosquera is suspended for Saturday. The Galician is a key piece at the squad and he is one of the four players that have been starters in all the liga games played so far (the other three are Lux, Navarro and Sidnei).

With Álex Bergantiños as one of the centre midfielders, and ruling out the chance to play with three men in this position (as he did in the previous visit to the Camp Nou), there are three candidates for one spot: Fayçal Fajr, Haris Medunjanin and Juan Dominguez.

Fajr is definitely the main choice (he was tested in the position on Wednesday). The Moroccan was a fixed started until the recent changes made by Víctor, a modification that sent him into the bench for the past three games. Meanwhile Medunjanin has only played in Copa and the participation of Juan Dominguez in liga has been reduced to two appearances (134 minutes).

Beyond who will play at midfield the coach has also to decide if the 4-4-2 draw of the last three games will stay, the injury of Oriol Riera reduced the options for the centre of the attack to only two men: Jonathan Rodriguez and Lucas Pérez, and the characteristics of the rival, together with the fact that there’s Copa in midfield, could move the coach to return to the 4-2-3-1.

Another question is who will play on the wings. In the past the coach opted in using four full-backs at the same time and this time he can do the same allowing the return of Laure to the right side in defense, while Luisinho and Juanfran could play on the wings. The final decision should be made on Friday, day in which the team will train behind closed doors at the Riazor.
