The first team completed its staff with the arrival of physical trainer Julio Hernando, while Manu Mosquera is leaving Fabril in order to become an analyst for the sporting secretariat.

Deportivo have announced changes at the sporting staff within the last days. The first is the arrival of Julio Hernando Santos, who is now one of the two physical coaches of the first team. When Gaizka Garitano landed at the club it was commented that Edu Dominguez was going to have this role, but it was a misunderstanding.

The club has had two physical trainers for the first squad during the last years, one is always José Ángel Franganillo, while the second is always provided by the new coach. The coaching staff at the first team is complemented by Patxi Ferreira (second coach), Manuel Sotelo (keepers trainer) and José Luis Ribera (analyst)

The other novelty is that Manu Mosquera is leaving Deportivo B in order to join the sporting secretariat. Mosquera was the coach of Fabril for the past three seasons and is leaving after failing to clinch the promotion to Segunda B in the last two opportunities.

He will now be an analyst under the command of sporting director Richard Barral. The name of the new coach at Depor B hasn’t been revealed yet, but the rumour is that it will be Cristóbal Parralo.

Cristobal is a former player that performed for FC Barcelona, RCD Espanyol and PSG. He has been the coach of Catalan side CF Damm since 2012, club where he met current players at Fabril like Lucas Viña.
