Winger Bora Valle completed the medicals on Tuesday and told to the press that this is a big step in his career; he is hoping to be able to match the level of Primera División.

New signing Borja Valle completed the medicals on Tuesday; later he talked to the media and expressed his happiness for joining Deportivo, “The true is that I’m very happy. This is a very hopeful step for me. I simply want to see things working out and adapt to the team, then to see things starting as soon as possible. I am from a near city [Ponferrada] and it will be like playing at home.”

The winger was describing his preferred position on the pitch, “It was hard to reach this team, I must continue doing things in the same way: with honesty and sacrifice. I’ve been playing as a winger and as a playmaker, but where I feel better is on the wing. For things that happen in football I had to play in several positions, but in the end I was always a winger.”

He is convinced that he can perform at Primera División knowing that it is a tough challenge, “This is a big step and I’m very happy, hoping to start. It hasn’t been easy to reach this point and I will always be thankful for the confidence. I can only work hard in order to thank for this opportunity.  This is a very hoping project and I believe we can do things right. I know they are signing very good players. We all come in order to add and make a big Deportivo.”

Finally, Bora Valle said that he hasn’t talked yet with new boss Gaizka Garitano, “I know who he is for playing against his teams. He is a very good coach that has a way of thinking. We must adapt and do things in the best possible way.”
