DEPORTIVO IN NOVEMBER

03 Nov 2016
Four Andalusians teams, including Sevilla CF, are the rivals of Deportivo during November, three matches are for la liga and the remaining one is for Copa Del Rey.

Deportivo will face four challenges in November, three of the them are for la liga and the other for Copa Del Rey. Also, three of the games are taking place away from the Riazor. The main characteristic is that the four rivals are from Andalusia, though all of them are living different situations during this season.

The first rival is Granada CF. Los Nazaries are living a terrible start to the season, they are the bottom club after been the only team that remains winless and suffered seven defeats in the first ten games. Paco Jémez, who was considered for Depor’s bench during the pre-season, was already fired and the new boss is Lucas Alcaraz.

Then, after the break due to the international action, Depor face the opposite situation, a team living at the top: Sevilla CF. Los Rojiblancos have won six of the first ten liga games and only lost once, reason why they are only three points behind leaders Real Madrid. Besides they are doing a great ob at the Champions League. Coach Jorge Sampaoli might make rotations for this game as three days later his team is facing Juventus for the supremacy of group H in the Champions League.

A third Andalusian rival in the month is Málaga CF. As it has been common in recent seasons, Los Malagueños had a poor start after only picking two points within the first four games, but later won three of the next six games and are already at mid-table.
