Deportivo host FC Barcelona CF on Sunday (Riazor, 16h15 CET) in which will be the fourth match for the Galicians in a matter of ten days. Pepe Mel had a positive debut as his team picked five of the nine points disputed in this small window, but now he can be paying the price for it.

Because the team is tired for the effort done and only on Wednesday it lost three men in a stroke of a pen. Guilherme remains out after suffering a muscle problem (thigh) before the home game with Atlético Madrid, and in the game with Real Betis the new coach lost Sidnei, Andone and Pedro Mosquera.

To make things worse Joselu is dragging a groin problem and didn’t train on Friday.

So, Mel is left with only nineteen players available, number that includes third keeper Davy Roef and that could be reduced to eighteen if Joselu isn’t ready on Saturday. Still, Luis Enrique could be making rotations in order to rest some players.
