CAPARROS IS PREPARING A NEW 'REVOLUTION'

04 Jan 2007
Once again, coach Joaqu?n Caparr??s will continue to present modifications in his lineup. The endless list of changes has been a normal thing during the last matches, and since the Sevillan trainer hasn't found a solution to Depor's problems, he is ready to continue with the experiments. For Sunday's match against Real Madrid, the biggest novelties are the exit of Arbeloa and the return of Taborda.

Caparr??s continues with his search for the perfect lineup. With nine consecutive matches without knowing the victory, the Sevillan coach is ready to make new modifications to the starting formation. This time he is preparing seven changes compared to the team that was humiliated in Sevilla.

With Mun??a injured, Aouate is the only choice available for the goalkeeping position, this will force Caparr??s to call Fabricio to the first squad, the starting goalkeeper of Fabril will be on the bench on Sunday. The first modification that has been prepared for the clash against the Madrilians is located in the centre of the defensive line. Arbeloa would be left out for the first time on the season, and his spot will be covered by Juanma. The Andalucian missed the game with Sevilla for suspension.

In this way, Caparr??s is reuniting the couple Andrade-Juanma. The same one that gave good results during the past season. Meanwhile, Manuel Pablo would continue at the right back, while Capdevila would cover the left side.

The second change will occur in midfield. Caparr??s used the couple Duscher-Sergio in Sevilla, now he is ready to replace the Catalan midfielder for Juli??n de Guzm??n. The Canadian international has left good sensations in his previous appearances: the copa game with Racing and the liga confrontation with Athletic Bilbao. Besides, De Guzm??n made his best presentation with Depor against the Madrilians on the past season game at the Riazor, a performance that included a goal scored.

The real revolution planned by Caparr??s will occur in the attacking zone. Caparr??s will change the entire line. Firstly, Javier Arizmendi will recover his roll as right winger, while Cristian Hidalgo will return to the left. Juan Rodr?guez will be sited and Joan Verd?? will probably have a chance as the playmaker of the team. Valer??n was also proved in this function, but is expected that the Canarian will be on the bench since he has just returned after a six-months absence.

The 'rollcoaster' of changes is completed with the return of Sebasti??n Taborda. The Uruguayan has only participated during 118 minutes in four matches, and this could be his debut as starter on the present season. He hasn't scored yet on the present campaign.

In Madrid the main news during the day was the injury suffered by Roberto Carlos (thigh). The Brazilian star will be rested during the next days and his participation in Sunday's match is doubtful, for that reason coach Fabio Capello has tested with Ra??l Bravo at the left back. The good news for the Madrilians is that Ruud van Nistelrooy is ready to play, the Dutch marksman was suffering of muscular problems, but now he is fit to play.
