The peña members of RCDLC.com chose Celso Borges as the player of October. The midfielder played all the possible minutes in liga during the month and scored a brace before Las Palmas.

Celso Borges is the player of October for the peña members of RCDLC.com. It wasn’t a good month as Depor only won one of four official games, but the midfielder was the most regular player; especially noticeable was his contribution in the victory in liga at UD Las Palmas, match in which he scored a brace.

With these two goals, Borges is, together with Lucas, the top-scorer of the team. The Central American player was also the second most voted player in the 1-2 loss against Girona FC. The second most voted player in October was Fede Cartabia.  The Argentine continues to be one of the most regular players in this start of season.

He was named as the second-best player in the liga visits to UD Las Palmas and SD Eibar, the MOM of the latter game was Francis Uzoho, the Nigerian keeper is the youngest player named as the best main in an official game of Deportivo.
