Çolak was expelled of a training session and will probably miss the game against Levante UD, it all started on Sunday after not been allowed to stay in Madrid during his free day.

Emre Çolak starred the most recent incident at Deportivo. On Tuesday he was sent off from the training session after a little discussion with coach Cristóbal Parralo. The true is that this incident had its roots on Sunday after the heavy defeat in Madrid.

According to Radio Cadena Ser, the Turkish had requested permission to stay in Madrid and return until Monday, this since it was a free day. These petitions are normal at Deportivo, but this time the coach decided that it was inopportune after the humiliation at the Bernabéu and the full group returned together to A Coruña.

On Tuesday, Parralo talked to the players before the first training of the week and told them: “Anyone that’s isn’t in conditions to train at the top must speak now.” During the session there was a tackle of new comer Eneko Bóveda that Çolak didn’t like.

And during a exercise in which the players were training the ball possession, the playmaker kicked the ball so hard that it went from one field to the other. The action called the attention of Parralo who asked: “Çolak, any problem? Do you have any problem?” The player just responded: “No” Then the coach stated: “If you have any problem, you can leave” And the Turkish answered: “If you want, I can leave” Then he left the field.

Then the coach told the players: “As I told you before, only the ones that want to train can stay here” One day later the Turkish playmaker was training apart and doesn’t seem probable that he will be picked for the home clash with Levante UD.

This isn’t the first incident starred by Çolak, last season he had problems with former coach Gaizka Garitano. The Basque coach decided to leave Çolak out of the starting lineup for the derby at Balaídos (October 23, 2016), just when everyone was expecting him to start, and when the player was informed about it, he didn’t like it and had a disproportionate reaction, which lead the coach to leave the player out of the bench too. He was fined.

Neither is the first conflict that Parralo has at the first team, early on this season he witnessed a fight between Alejandro Arribas and Florin Andone in a training before the Copa game against UD Las Palmas (November 27). Both men were sidelined for a day and weren’t picked for the Copa clash.

Captain Pedro Mosquera talked at the press room on Wednesday, he confirmed that the decision of leaving the player out of the trainings is from Parralo, “I don’t know what will happen with Çolak, I just know that it cannot happen again.” He stated.
