New matchday with a low number of goals. CA Osasuna are sprinting towards the promotion, while there are no changes in relegation.

Also, only four teams were able to score two or more goals, and only CA Osasuna scored three times. Meanwhile, Granada CF only added a point in the goalless visit to UD Almeria. So, Albacete Balompié are closer after a late goal allowed them to defeat Extremadura UD (1-0). Málaga didn’t seize the result after only getting a 1-1 draw visiting CD Numancia, the Andalusians are now fifth.

RCD Mallorca are back into the promotion zone after a big 1-2 win at UD Las Palmas. The Majorcans took advantage of the fact that Cádiz could only add a point in their home game with CD Lugo (1-1). Real Oviedo also remains in the fight after a 2-0 victory over Gimnástic Tarragona.

The side that’s losing the chances to play the promotion playoff is AD Alcorcón, a late goal cost the Madrilenians two points in the home meeting with CD Tenerife (1-1), and now they are five points away from the sixth place.
