The worst game of Fabril on the season meant the third straight defeat for the team. Luisito attempted a new system and the lads never responded.

Coach Luisito was losing Mujaid Sadick and Iago Gandoy, duo concentrated with the first team. Meanwhile, Famoussa Kanouté was returning from a suspension. The coach confessed after the game that the club ordered him to not play with Valin and David Sánchez at the starting formation, the reason was to rest them ahead of the first team’s game in Copa del Rey. So, Luisito played with a three centre-backs in a 3-5-2 formation. Juvenil A defender Iván Guerrero debuted with the team occupying the slot of Valín.

The third straight defeat for Fabril and it came in the worst performance of the season. The first half was equal, but the lads were discrete and barely created anything, and when Luisito made the changes, then the team simply didn’t react and ended conceding a second goal.

The game was equal throughout the first part, and both sides had a chance to score. At minute 15, Iker Hurtado was unable to head the ball after a cross from the right, then Diego Villares missed the target heading the ball at the spot after a corner-kick of Iago Novo (26’).

And then CSD Arzúa found the first goal in the game. Iker Hurtado made a solo play dribbling two rivals to score from close range. There wasn’t any change after the goal, Fabril continued to be off and didn’t create more chances before the break.

Luisito gave up for the second part and decided to return to the normal system with four defenders. After the break, Pedro Correia and Aarón Sánchez entered the field, and later David Sánchez replaced Bourdal.

The true is that the solution never worked. Fabril turned to be an impotent team and never represented any danger to CSD Arzúa, side that spent the time trying to find the cracks in the counterattack, and in one of those actions they met the second goal, and again it was Iker Hurtado, who surprised in a new solo-play to beat Álex Cobo in the one-on-one.
