Lotina will continue with his policy of rotations for the UEFA cup confrontation in Norway. Firstly the squad will return to play with the system based in three central defenders. Secondly there are some novelties about the names in the starting squad. Like Guardado who will perform as left-back or to witness the debut as starter of Omar Bravo.

The squad trained on Tuesday’s afternoon at Abegondo. After the session ended, coach Lotina released the list of called players and a half of hour later, the squad went to the airport in order to take a plane to Norway. But before that, the Basque coach talked about the planning of the first-leg encounter against SK Brann.

The player demands his freedom and the wages for the remaining two years of his contract. A report in Radio Onda Cero proclaimed the striker will win the case, but won’t get 100% of the money.

It seems clear that Andr?©s Guardado won’t appear in the starting eleven for the upcoming game against Valencian team Villarreal. On Friday coach Miguel Angel Lotina decided to make this decision because the Basque trainer wants to use him for Thursday’s game in the UEFA Cup tie Against SK Brann. As it stands, there are still a few question that needs to answered regardings the participation of De Guzm??n and Verd?? as to whether or not they will start the match.

Eric 2.0 is the new software implemented by Deportivo in order to control the statistics related to the players’ performance on the pitch. This new software was a suggestion of Lotina after the club worked with NAC on the previous season. Lotina and his coaching staff explained the system to newspaper La Opini??n A Coru?±a and appointed this kind of technology was one of the reasons for the squad’s reaction on the last year.
