31/Dec/2008: 21h29: Deportivo: The squad worked today in a single session. No clues were gave about the lineup for the game with Getafe. The team will rest on Thursday and returns to train on Friday.
31/Dec/2008: 21h25: Transfer news: Nacho Novo linked again with Depor. This after supposedly Lendoiro talked with paper Daily Record. However Lotina denied the rumours during an interview in Radio Galega: "If Nacho Novo wouldn't be Galician, we wouldn't be speaking about him." He said.

30/Dec/2008: 21h52: Deportivo: The squad trained today in a double session. Guardado, Omar Bravo and Filipe joined the squad. The novelty was that Mista still injured (abductor). On Wednesday the squad will train again during the morning (10h00 CET).

30/Dec/2008: 14h06: Deportivo: Lotina talking about the available spot left by Aouate: "The logical thing should be to give the spot to Barrag??n. But a few days ago a club phoned me and they asked about him, it's a team he could like. If he goes out, we will valorise the possibility to incorporate Rodri, but if not, the logical thing would be Barrag??n."

Lendoiro has valued Verd?? in a certain amount, but if other clubs offer the double... If the differences are huge, evidently we won't have any agreement, but the player is content and is difficult to start from zero in other place."

28/Dec/2008: 20h57: Market news - Deportivo and Mallorca have reached an agreement for the transfer of Aouate. The operation will be closed in 1 million Euros and will be announced soon (probably Monday).
27/Dec/2008: 23h56: Seleccion de Galicia - Piscu and Pablo Alvarez both played the 1st half for Galicia tonight, with Alex Bergantinos playing the 2nd half. The game was won 3-2 by the home side with Nacho Novo scoring twice and Losado scoring from the penalty spot.
27/Dec/2008: 17h26: Youth squads: Juancar, the striker from Juvenil A called to Venezuela's U-17 team, played a friendly tournament with his country and scored 3 goals. Now he will be called again in March for the U-17 South American tournament.
