aight.

I will be going to London from March 14th(Saturday) - March 21st(Saturday). I would like to go watch a match in London on March 15th(Sunday), but when I look at the match schedule for that week, it says that all the PL matches will be played on Saturday! Is that really true or is it just because they have not made the finished schedule for matches far out in the future yet?

March 2009? it's too early to know. Right now all the matches for those dates are scheduled at the same hour (and day). You have to check later, I would say in January.

There is no way all the games to be played in Saturday. Specific dates hasn't been made yet, it's so early, but in contrary to la liga the EPL make its program quite early, like 1-2 months before.

Which games are in London at that date?

Arsenal v Blackburn Rovers
Chelsea v Manchester City

West Ham plays as well.

Anyways, Im not sure if I will go on the 14th anymore. It might be a week before, and the 1st knockout stage of Champions League will be played that week, so I might get lucky there.

Anyways, thanks for the info.

What you want to do is to come and watch some proper Championship football

Matches could be changed due to TV commitments later on in the year!!

I doubt you will get a ticket for Chelsea or Arsenal or West Ham
Your best bet is to go watch Fulham unless they are playing a big team!

Why is that?

Because all their home games are sell outs.
If they play a small team you might get lucky or have to buy from a ticket tout for silly money.
I know that for Arsenal and Chelsea you have to be on their member database to buy a home ticket..you even have to be on Watfords database to buy a home ticket!!!!

Feli is right about tickets for the EPL matches. For example, West Ham United’s capacity is just under 35,000. Last season, they had 26,000 season ticket holders. They distribute the rest of the tickets (approx 5/7,000 taking account away support) for home fans in the following way.

They will offer them to Club Members first who will have 4/6 weeks to take this option. At this point, I must stress that there are more than 5/7,000 members who belong to West Ham United. This will be the case for the majority of EPL clubs in London.

If there are any tickets available (restricted views etc, etc), they will go on sale to the General Public 2-3 weeks before the match. Below, is a link to West Ham Uniteds game against Blackburn Rovers later this month?

As Feli has suggested, the best bet is to see Fulham against a mid-lower league opposition. There are plenty of London clubs outside the EPL who offer a cracking afternoons entertainment. If all fails, come to Brighton and I will show you the Withdean.

With regard to buying them over the internet, try www.ticketmaster.co.uk

I just spoke with a hardcore chelsea supporter from Denmark, and he has went to Stamford Bridge many times, and he just ordered his tickets on the internet. He wasn't a member or anything.
