He does well most of the times with the U-21 national team. I'm starting to thinking that he's good enough for competitions with lower pressure, than la liga.

I don't see him as a lone striker, I still don't get why Lotina plays him as one.

You are right, he is not a lone striker and if he plays he has to play with someone beside him.

someone who is bigger than him and ready to play like Emile Heskey of England (and of Liverpool) imo ..

I think Adrian has good potential to be like Michael Owen

i think 4-5-1 is not good to Adrian ..

he can't do anything with this formation

Adrian needs to play a good game 4-2-2 or 4-3-3 ..

Yep I agree, I think he needs someone to support him up front, he also needs good service from midfield and the wings.
It would be a real shame if he where to leave on a free transfer next summer!

From the financial point of view, he could develop into a useful striker who could generate a nice transfer fee.. however I feel we are going to lose out.. unfortunately the same happened with the likes of Capdevila and Duscher awsell.. : o

He plays the same position and roles as he does on our team. Central striker that occasionally falls to the right wing. The only difference is they play much better soccer on the U21 national team. In last night's game, Mata gave a spectacular heel assist noone on our team would be able recreate. Adrian also missed a few clear chances, but its positive to see him scoring in consecutive games. Hopefully someone can supply him with a few decent chances on sunday.

Wouldn't mind to see him leave. He doesn't fit in this team. He's not a player who is strong enough to create chances on his own, he lacks the power. He needs good enough assistance, and let's face it, that's never gonna happen at Deportivo. We're a counterattacking team that only gets a few chances in a game. Then if you have someone like Adrian who can hardly finish any of those rare chances, you have a problem.

Luis Suarez was watching the game and could have possibly been looking at Adrian.
I have a feeling we will lose him in the summer and get what we normally get NOTHING!!!
