Default How Can We Improve For Next Season?

Its our centenary Season coming up and we've just had a stinker of a season. things are not good at Depor.
How can we bring back the good old Depor we all know and love? Super Depor!
What factors do you think we need to change?
A new Manager?
A striker?
A stronger Defence?
A Stronger midfield?
Money?
Team Spirit?
Belief?
A new Director?
Better Facilities?
Has too much football ie the Champions League burnt us out?
Did loosing to Oporto in the semi's kill us?making the players believe that maybe they wern't good enough?
Did they have the balls?

I had this theory for a few seasons that maybe we out to be in the UEFA Cup. No not because were not good enough for the champions league but theres more chance of winning it and winning breeds winners. Look at Oporto.

Maybe us not being in Europe in our centenary season means we can concentrate on winning the league. that would be a special achivement!!!
So, how can we improve for next season?

I would say a little of every thing you are mentioning...

I think the reason for the decline of the squad is that they are bored and this have made them bored. Every squad need some new breat of air every yaer and for the last two saesons nothing has happened. so a new coach a few new players (nothing wild here) and Deport will achieve the other things you are talking about.

One word: attack. Not to mention a little self-confidence and motivation. (I'm limiting myself here because I'm lazy - there are other things I could mention!)

Motivation, a new coach with fresh idea's. But the number 1 thing is that Depor must form a TEAM again. (what means a new coach...) We still have classy players but they don't play with eachother... They are having more trouble with themselves than with the opponent...

i dont have huge expectations for next seson..... the only thing i care is how many youngsters from segunda and fabril gets their chance.... especially fuego, xisco, jonathan, valera etc... i'll be satisfied if they can play good football and we finishes at the mid table.... i see the upcoming season more as our future defining on rather than fighting for CL places....

I still think that next season a great weight will be lifted if the manager goes. The new manager will be more important than we all realise because phsycologicaly he will have to heal all wounds and create strength.
We have a great squad.
yes we are loosing good player like fran and mauro who we will not replace.
The style of the team will change. I think will become less of a passing team and more of an attacking team

I really sick of fans refering to the need of striker......defender.......winger......even CDM........

But no one points to extremely important and perhaps the origin of all depor sucess.......the spot covered by legendary djalminha.......the "playmaker" position......where i believe we lost the season.......

If we continue with the A***** valleron......will never achieve anything....

Well, teams like Betis or FC Sevilla play good football and go for CL without having a player like Ronaldinho in the squad.
