Default 25 February: Deportivo - Juventus (CL)

We need to have a majorly counter attacking...cos the juve team lost 4-0 to roma...They were very very attacking..totti and cassano..Get buffon on the back foot!!! As such Juventus arent so attacking they might score 1 goal and then defend....We are home first....Take full advantage of the pitch and attack like hell have both pandiani tristan upfront!!!....Get those headers in pandiani...
To tristan get those shots going...Luque will take care of the left!!!
Victor on the right....Del piero and trezeguet are not the main concern....dont let zambrotta and nedved get those balls...They will murder you!!!

My preferred team:

Molina

pablo cesar andrade capdevilla
sergio
victor valer luque
Tristan

Pandiani

What do u say!!

I think that Romero will be in the right instead of Capdevilla, Romero is more offensive and plays almost always the home-matches.

Then I don't think that Pandiani and Tristán will be at the same time in the field, Mauro Silva and Sergio will be at midfield (the best choice to secure Nedved and Zambrotta)

It's a nice thought Varsh.. but we all know Irureta likes to choose for security and why should he change? We have beaten all kinds of rivals with the 4-2-3-1. So don't count on it, especially not against a big opponent as Juve.

Maybe he can try it when Depor is winning with 3-0

i agree with you! And if you play to offensive, 1 counter and Juve scores... But i got a good feeling for this match... 2-0/3-0 win must be possible

@javientes, goed man dat je de laatste tijd wat vaker op het vi forum bent

Juve players declared that they are sorry for having to play against Deportivo, instead of other team. Statistics are a bit on the side of juventus, but I think they won't be so lucky this time.

Last year juve came back from 0-2. It was just luck. This time it's personal...... Juve will go down and stay there......
