I guess the first 4-5 games will be to weed out the players that won't count for Mel. Ideally, you wanna see 95% of your LIGA starting eleven play the last 3-4 friendly games.

I saw the first half yesterday.. even though this was just a friendly, Bicho's movements were excellent, reminding of Colak.. if he can show a similar level with Fabril this season, his career will be right back on track..

At Fabril??

Bicho made his debut with depor, some 4 years back, right? He impressed for a very early age, even took a "step up" at Barca B, but has spent the last two seasons at Segunda B. Now, more Segunda B?? He will become a Segunda B veteran.

That Bakkali guy we signed is same age with Bicho, played two seasons at PSV, two seasons at Valencia, scored at the champions league, played at the Belgium national team, and still we're complaining

I like Bicho anytime i watched him, but i wouldn't have much hope on him if he is to play at Segunda B this season as well

from what I have understood, when he went to Barca B, his career took a step back and lost much of his form.. but, last season with Racing Ferrol, he started to find his form back again.. I don't think that he is in a condition to be promoted definitely to the first team.. I would rather see him play regularly for Fabril and alternate with the first team occasionally.. also, he seems ready to do just that..

EDIT: if there is a Segunda that can take him on loan, that would be perfect..

for me, the problem with Bakkali is that he is coming here just to revive his career and go back to Valencia..

this is what i remember from the comments round here. As a "step up" i meant that Barca B was the highest profile club he played regularly.
Anw, i also hope he steps up this season.

For Bakkali, i agree with your comment

Pinchi scored all three matches. I hope we will get some chance during the season
