Default Injured/Suspended players 2007/2008

I open this topic so we will able to comment the injuries at Deportivo.

For the moment:

Munitis: working and with possibilities to play on Saturday.

Xisco: injured in the hip, I didn't hear any commnets of the doctors about his condition.

The latest addition:

Pablo Amo: Injured in the right knee (rotura de meniscos- I don't know of the write it in English ) out for six weeks.

I didn't hear yet anything about his incorporation to Deportivo, but he played the fully 90 minutes with Argentina, so he should be fine. I guess that tomorrow he will arrive to La Coruña.

I hope that Munitis will be fit again before the match because he is so important for the team especially in the offensive line.

Personally I'm eager to see Victor in action again, he will be important this season.

But theres no arguing that Munitis is, at least in the offence, our most important player...

September 08:

* Pablo Amo: He needs more tests but the period of six weeks still as the official period that he needs to be recovered.

* Victor: He didn't train today because of amigdalitis (I don't know how to translate it into English) He has fever and I doubt that he will be able to play on Saturday.

Anybody else is OK including Coloccini, Munitis and Romero.

Does anyone have an update on Xiscos condition, he seems a bit forgotten with his injury and Senels and Rubens performances.
After all he is, in my opinion, the biggest talent among our youngsters...

rotura de meniscos = Torn Cartilage

I had this when I was 30!!
It's not serious they'll do an athroscopy (simple surgery on the knee) and he'll be back in 6 weeks

I Think not... Cappa has stated that he will begin the athletico match with the same defense as he had against Mallorca...

although he may have recovered from his injury, Capparos is holding the return of coloccini...!!!

i think that Colo will begin the next match in order to gain some match practive so he can be ready for the game against Valencia...! (IMO)

I just think it's strange he's not even included in the squad, surely he's good enough for that.
