I think Lasarte rejected the offer because he wants a proper pre-season, and to start managing from the summer.

The appointment of Seedorf is a gamble. He is a high profile former footballer, who could inspire our squad to better performances, and will also put Depor in the news/newspapers, publicity wise.

He has very little management experience, so things could also go terribly wrong.

Lets hope for a miracle!!

there really is no value in being pessimistic guys. Did yal watch the Sociedad game. Parallo said himself it couldnt be any worse so this is where we are at. give him a chance. The real problem is 6 managers and a sporting director change in 4 years since tino arrived but we can only hope this one is the one!

Welcome Coach! Tighten up our defense and keep us in Primera please! You’ll be rewarded with a fan base that will stick by you through thick and thin!

Surprised by this move.
Gamble after gamble.
Welcome and good luck.
Surely players will have respect to him.

I have no clue what's going to happen but if we estimate salvation at 38 points, that means he has to win almost half of the remaining games. I'm not being pessimistic, but when was the last time a Depor coach achieved that statistic in Primera?
All the best to him.

So Seedorf is here to revenge Milan's 4-1 / 0-4 knock-out defeat in 2004, now driving Depor straight to Segunda?

Well everybody has doubts about his managerial skills but i see the positive side about it...he is surely has better understanding of Football than Parallo and the respect that he has all over the world will affect on our players and will boost their morale.
So hopefully it ends up being the right choice.

One thing he surely must be able to do is to give a kick to Guillherme every now and then to keep him focused (especially in the second half).. if he is consistent, half of our problems will be solved..

Yeah, I remember he did a decent job at AC Milan and always felt his sacking was a silly move by the club. I'm confident he will be able to inject some life into us, we badly need it!

The third choice becomes the third manager of the season
As you mentioned before it's hard to predict what can we expect from him, at least our situtaion couldn't be worse.
