AFTER winning Saturday's game

we will be close to the first 6 places especially if atltico loses against getafe

and racing loses

With Valladolid taking the three points in the dying seconds, Zaragoza is now two points away from salvation. Their game against Depor will be one of their last chances, and we saw what they can do at home last week (3-0 win). Let's hope Croc is right, and that their nerves will take the upper hand next week Still, I'm having a bad feeling about this, and imo this is the toughest game we have left in the season. However, a win at Zaragoza combined with a win against Levante would practically secure our entry into Europe. So here's hoping our boys will give it their all in this crucial game.

It will be very hard game because I think IT IS their last chance. Zaragoza's remaining matches:
vs. Deportivo (home)
vs. Valencia (away)
vs. R.Madrid (home)
vs. Mallorca (away)

My God, I'm not jealous, what a f*ckin' hard end of the season for them! If Bilbao loses tonight then I say I will be happy with a draw in Zaragoza but still I'm sure we can say 'goodbye' to them and put last nail to their coffin. And we will do it!

That's true of course, a win is possible. After all, Zaragoza will have to throw everything forward cause they've reached the stage in which they can't afford to hold back too much, they'll have to take risk. That way Depor can do what Depor does best: counter. But still, we'll have to be very disciplined and concentrated to take the points at La Romareda. But in the end, assuming Bilbao loses in Madrid tonight, if we do draw at Zaragoza, I wouldn't be too sad. Well, I would be a bit sad, knowing that a win will probably take us to Europe, but still, you know what I mean

I will be pissed if we lose points against Levante though... Really pissed

So almost all the results today gone in our favor.
Now we are only 6 points away from Champions league spot. Let's aim high so that we qualify for UEFA cup at least.

If we're tied with Atletico, they will most likely be placed above us, cause they won 0-3 at Riazor against us (unless we win 0-4 at their stadium lol). If they would've lost today, we still would've had a minimal chance (minimal being the key word), taking in mind we still have to play them. But now that the difference is six points, we need to score 7 points more than them so that's impossible.

I think that after next week's game, we'll know if we're fighting for Intertoto or the direct Uefa spot.

That's exactly what I was going to say. It's a very tactically simple game. They have to attack our solid defense, and if we can get them to overcommit, then we can counterattack on their very shaky defense. Really, if we're sitting on a scoreless draw at halftime, that's big trouble for them.

Still, they have the 5th best home offense (33 goals), but they are tied for the 5th worst home defense (22 conceded).

UEFA is ours this time, coz all the results of today are in our favor

I'd be very surprised if we didn't win this one. Zaragoza should be scrapping for their lives but they don't have a squad capable of saving their season because they have no fighters, just a bunch of overrated wasters. If we can show the same commitment and passion as we have done at the Riazor recently then we could beat them with ease.
