Default LIGA | Sep-25-2016 | matchday 06 | Atletico 1 v 0 Depor | post-match thread

Even though we lost the defense stood pretty firm.. Arribas and Albentosa in particular did very well.. We need to find some more ideas while going forward.. Colak played very well today, Andone as usual worked hard but tired in the second half, Valle looked active.. We definitely has the players to survive the season, just need to connect better to the attack..

Another defeat but I feel very hopeful.

Our players never gave up. They showed spirit.

I am proud of them.

1- Lux is a quality keeper
2- Defense played well, but Navarro failed in the action of the goal
3- This was a game for Alex
4- Fajr is not a winger (stupid red card bytheway)
5- Colak can probably play in Barca tomorrow no problem

Agree on Colak and I didn't like the game of Mosquera. The team was better with Guilherme

Raging with Fajr - the *****. I think he's looking for a long holiday coz he's joining up with Morocco after the next game, which he's suspended for now. GG should make him do double training sessions for the next 10 days. Seriously, he's looking for that red today.

Lux immense. Arribas not far behind.

Agree that Mosquera was off when he came on. The goal came a minute after he replaced Guilherme. Laure was also poor for the goal, as well as the other FB.

Why can't we show that spirit and fight in the Riazor?

The goals mistake came from Albentosa going up late, and Navarro being surprised by Gameiro's run. We can't blame Laure here. He did a great game.

I've seen it a few times now and Laure was ball watching. He had no idea where his man was. But yes, there were others at fault too.

Btw, notice how well Borges did yesterday. I've a feeling we won't see him and Mosquera play together again.

Borges-Mosquera is the best combination but Mosquera is not shining like last season as GG gives him too much defensive duties ,I blame GG for this

it was surprising to me to see Fajr getting angry and red carded, usually he keeps his cool and fouls are mostly mistimed..

If we put in these type of performances week in week out, we will definately climb the table.
The biggest positives for me where Coblak and Guilherme, the biggest negative was obviously Fajr and our inability to connect offensively. With Fajr out, lets see if someone like Gill, Valle or Pinchi can come in and shine.
