Depor still searching for the first win in 2018 and will have to play twice in three days. Valverde and Albentosa are missing both meetings against rivals that are close to secure the permanence.

The busy week of Deportivo continues with two games that are going to be played in a frame of three days. On Wednesday, the Galicians visit Getafe CF (Alfonso Pérez coliseum, 19h30 CET) and on Saturday they are hosting SD Eibar (Riazor, 18h30 CET).

Coach Clarence Seedorf will have two casualties for both games: midfielder Fede Valverde (hamstring) and centre-back Raúl Albentosa (muscle). Both already missed the previous game with RCD Espanyol and started the week training apart.

There’s also the case with goalkeeper Maksím Kóval. He remains training with the group despite having a double fracture in a finger of his left hand, and the coaching staff didn’t want to pick him for the last two games.

Winger Zakaria Bakkali is returning from suspension, while striker Adrián López is recovered from the knee problem that almost sidelined him from last Saturday’s game.

Getafe CF arrive to the meeting in a calm situation, they are fourteen points above safety and, actually, they are closer to Europe and will try to fight for the opportunity. Coach José Bordalás is only having the casualty of midfielder Markel Bergara (toe fracture), while right-back Damián Suárez returns from suspension.

More comfortable is the situation of SD Eibar, the rival for Saturday is two points above Getafe CF and will surely continue at Primera on next year. But coach José Luis Mendilibar is having problems on this week, because he is missing two key players: centre-back Iván Ramis (adductor muscle) and striker Sergi Enrich (knee ligaments).

Also, midfielder Fran Rico hasn’t been able to play on this campaign after passing though knee surgery during the pre-season. Winger Fabián Orellana is returning after been sent off against FC Barcelona, he has scored three goals after joining the team in the winter window (seven games played).
